Jin Yujia graduated with a LL.B. (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore and was called to the Singapore Bar as an advocate and solicitor in 2018. Yujia worked in leading law firms and multi-national corporations in Singapore and Luxembourg.
Notable prior experiences include advising companies listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) on IPOs, RTOs, debt restructuring exercises and ongoing listing and corporate governance compliance matters.
Yujia’s primary areas of practice include domestic and cross border mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and corporate finance for Asian and European clients with a presence in Singapore. She also advises on various fintech regulatory/compliance issues for blockchain and cryptocurrency clients that seek to expand their businesses to Asia.
Yujia is fluent in English, German, Mandarin and French, and works extensively with clients from diverse European and Asian backgrounds.
