Grace graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2005 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2006. She has acquired diverse corporate experience encompassing mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, banking, financing, regulatory transactions, and general corporate advisory and commercial law.

In recent years, her practice has focused on the digital assets, financial regulation, and fintech sectors, particularly working with early-stage start-ups in blockchain technology, payments, digital assets and Web3.

Regularly representing multinational companies, financial institutions, and private firms, she excels in handling high-value and complex domestic and cross-border share and business acquisitions, showcasing her proficiency in navigating complex transactions.

She is an ACCA affiliate and an Associate Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
